Order Acceptance Policy:
- Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. athome-products.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
- athome-products.com further reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Your order will be deemed accepted by athome-products.com upon shipment of products.
- All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
- athome-products.com is a reseller to end users and does not accept orders from resellers, exporters, wholesalers, any businesses of any kind or other customers who intend to resell.
- All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
- Refused shipments will incur a 20% restock fee.
- Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is released from our warehouse. After shipment is released to carrier, any damages must be reported to At Home Products within seven days from receipt of shipment. All claims must be filed by At Home Products directly with the freight carrier.
- Plasma TVs must be opened & inspected prior to accepting the shipment. Damage claims will not be paid unless damage is indicated on freight bill.
- To ensure damage/claim credit, all damaged products, original packaging and outer shipping box must be returned to At Home Products.
- Plasma TVs are not eligible for return to athome-products.com
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from athome-products.com prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
- RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days only.
- All returns must be returned to At Home Products freight PREPAID and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back (i.e. 1 of 6, 2 of 6). Replacements will be sent with no freight expense to the customer.
- Defective returns are eligible for return only within 30 days from invoice date. After 30 days, all products must be referred to the manufacture for authorized warranty repair.
- All non-defective returns will be assessed a 20% restock fee within 30 days of purchase and will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Freight charges will not be refunded.
- A copy of the invoice must be included with all returns. Products must be returned complete wit original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will be charged a 20% remanufacturing fee.
- Special orders or closeouts are not eligible for return. Color copiers, printers, fax machines and toner cartridges are not eligible for return.
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days after sale, regardless of reason.
- Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use are not eligible for return.
- Certain items are not eligible for return to At Home Products, and must instead be handled directly with the manufacturer. These items are marked with this icon:
- If order is refused for any reason, At Home Products will be compensated for all shipping charges and a 15% restock fee.
- Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise.
- athome-products.com only collects sales tax on orders being shipped to an address within California State. Sales tax is calculated to be the same as your local California sales tax. There is no tax collected for orders shipped outside of California State.
No Responsibility To Sell Mispriced Products Or Services:
- athome-products.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors.
- athome-products.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
- If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, athome-products.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Modifications to Prices or Billing Terms:
- athome-products.com RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO CHANGE ITS PRICES AND BILLING METHODS FOR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING ON THE SITE OR BY E-MAIL DELIVERY TO YOU.
